1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
• The request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the order
• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Items without original packaging

(Due to hygiene reasons, hair oil products cannot be returned once opened.)

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

• You received a wrong product
• The product is damaged or defective

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images or videos).

4. Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
